These are the results of the survey conducted in church over the weekend. Quite sombering, unfortuantely. These are only the raw results. I will do an analysis another day.

Question 2: Which of the following phrases can be found in the Bible?
Only the following can be found in the Bible:
He who spares the rod hates his son - Proverbs 13:24
Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good - Psalms 107:1
These cannot be found in the Bible:

-Like a rose trampled on the ground
-God is good all the time
-Read your Bible pray everyday
RESPONSES:
- Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good: 80% (48)
- God is good, all the time: 46.7% (28)
- Crown Him with many crowns: 36.7% (22)
- He who spares the rod hates his son: 30% (18)
- Like a rose trampled on the ground: 28.3% (17)
- Read your Bible pray everyday: 26.7% (16)
Question 3:
The 3 verses are:
Jesus said, “I am The Way, The Truth and The Life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” - John 14:6
Let the heavens rejoice, let the earth be glad; let the sea resound, and all that is in it. - Psalm 96:11
Such is the generation who seek Him, who seek Your face, O God of Jacob. Selah. - Psalm 24:6
Most of the responses were blank except for the first verse. Most answered correctly, or at least got the idea. Suprisingly, (and thankfully) there wasn't any response that went, "live by faith and not by sight" (there was 1, but it was liquid-papered out).
Another interesting observation. There was actually a mistake in the first question. The phrase was printed as "the Way, the Truth and the Light". Only Jessica and Nat Pang's SG pointed it out! (even I missed it!)
An interesting overservation not related to the survey: Natalie Pang's blog has overtaken the VCF BCE Blog as the top refering site to this blog!
