Time for another...

... recipe that is! Decided to post something a little bit more chinese this time. Tau Kwa with mince meat. Quite simple and a lot faster to cook than the other ang moh stuff.

Ingredients:
- Tau Kwa (2 big cubes)
- some mince meat (chicken or pork)
- Soya bean paste (soya souce also can)
- Hua Tiao Jiu (chinese cooking wine)
- Saseme oil
- Onions and garlic

Marinate the mince meat with the oil, wine and the bean paste. Let it soak for a a few hours. I prepared this in the morning, went to school came back home then cooked it. The longer you let it soak; the better.
