40-day challenge (day 2)

Day 2 - After ONE
Will continue from where I left off from yesterday

You are in a Spiritual Battle
I woke up this morning dreaming about my old magic days. I dreamt I was still at Paya Labar MRT station trying to rebuild my old deck and trying to make a comeback. The dream was so strong that when I actually woke up (and was still in a daze) I thought I still had my cards in the drawer. It was only about 2 minutes later that I realised that I had sold my cards over 3 years ago.

Dark have my dreams of late, just before ONE camp I dreamt I was in the matrix and Morpheus asked me if I would like the blue or red pill. On another occasion I dreamt I was being eaten alive by cockroaches *bleah*. Trust me, I rather dream of maths, epsilon or delta, at least I know I am still sane.

Is this a spiritual battle? Maybe, maybe not. Be it a fight with your parents, or some really wierd thing that has happened to you recently; we are all in a spiritual battle of sorts.

"Use every piece of God's armour to resist the enemy in times of evil, so that after the battle you will still be standing firm. Stand your ground, putting on the sturdy belt of truth and the body armour of God's righteousness. For shoes, put on the readiness to preach the Good News of peace with God. In every battle you will need faith as your shield to stop the fiery arrows aimed at you by Satan. Put on salvation as your helmet, and take the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Pray at all times and on every occasion in the power of the Holy Spirit. Stay alert and be persistent in your prayers for all Christians everywhere." Ephesians 6:13-18

Jesus has already died for our sins, and because of that, even death will have no victory over us. Keep on praying, keep on reading your Bible and keep on remembering the Joy of your Salvation!
