verses read: Acts 15:36-41, Proverbs 3:27
Reading the above passage from Acts, you realise that even Paul and Barnabas had a disagreement and they parted ways. They disputed over Mark, who had previously deserted them. Paul brought Silas on his second missionary journey and Barnabas took Mark on another journey.
Kind of shows us that even back then, there was disagreement and fights among the servants of God. But the passage ends with Paul still travelling around and continuing to spread the Gospel. One thing the Bible does not explicitly say is that later on, Paul does forgive Mark. (Implied from later books in the Bible.) And more than that, from ancient accounts, Mark was also matyred for Christ.
Anyway, today, Sunday was a tiring day for me. After coming home from church, was knocked out. But today, I really thank Kevin (Ang) for leading that song, "Faithful Father". Posted the lyrics on my blog a few days back. Really means a lot to me, after the events of the past week.
Now going to submit an essay (online). Have another essay due on Friday, Philosophy one, and have yet to do the reading. Well, tomorrow is philo tutorial, so will see what new ideas I can get!
